As co-founder and managing partner of 8th House Capital, Matthew is an expert in the field of construction with over 30 years of experience and education in residential and commercial construction. He has a proven track record in being a driving force in helping others grow their wealth in real estate with his strong project and risk management skills. His success began in Northern Colorado in the mid-90s as a graduate in construction management from Colorado State University and continued across multiple states.

Matthew is LEED AP accredited and holds multiple recognitions and awards including Colorado Construction's 2009 "Top 20 Under 40" as well as being nominated as “Project Manager of the Year” by the American Subcontractors Association of New Mexico.

His project portfolio and experience range from multifamily, government buildings, and hospitals to net zero energy projects. As the current founder and owner of MQ3 Construction and Quinn Custom Homes in Northern Colorado, Matthew recently completed a 35 million dollar, 260-door multifamily development over a 3-year period providing comprehensive general contracting services from pre-construction services to completion. These services included providing the lender with all requested due diligence with regard to scheduling, budgeting, insurance, and entitlements.

Matthew is most passionate about giving back to the community by being involved with non-profit organizations as a servant leader and has held various leadership roles in the communities he served.
